Responsibilities The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located on Keysight's campus in Santa Rosa, CA exists to provide high precision mechanical solutions that enable the capabilities of Keysight's industry leading electronic measurement equipment. The PMTC Wet Process and Assembly Process Engineering Manager is responsible for managing a diverse team of process engineers supporting a combination of chemical and mechanical fabrication processes. Processes supported include Plating, Photochemical Machining and Assembly. This team provides DFM consultation on microwave and mm wave design applications, facilitating their release into manufacturing by designing processes, tooling and fixturing. Manages employees responsible for design/ implementation of manufacturing processes Provides technical direction and mentorship for team members Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs/ projects Develops, implements solutions to department issues Work across departments to ensure a safe workplace Creates short and long term personnel development strategies Leads cross departmental projects Review, analyze and approve process deviations as appropriate Qualifications Bachelor's or master's Degree or University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science or other applicable engineering discipline or equivalent directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor.
