How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead automotive partnerships to drive SiriusXM product and service adoption for assigned OEM (automotive) partners.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of business support systems necessary for continued success of SiriusXM as an automotive feature.
- Support the Vice President of the Stellantis account in managing the overall business relationship and account success.
What You'll Do:
- Lead activities to ensure adherence to contractual obligations by SiriusXM and OEM partners.
- Drive overall growth of the SiriusXM/OEM partnerships.
- Assist in the development of vehicle installation plans and subscriber forecasts.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at OEM partners.
- Identify and coordinate development of key processes and systems to support daily business activities with OEM partners.
- Run weekly meetings for various initiatives, report on progress, and manage action items.
- Work with Stellantis to ensure vehicle configuration status is accurate prior to all vehicle launches.
- Ensure SiriusXM services are included at vehicle sales and delivery stages.
- In conjunction with OEM Marketing:
- Coordinate OEM training support at corporate and dealer levels.
- Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Work with Stellantis to define, develop, implement, and maintain revenue generation projects to increase conversion and retention.
- Collaborate with the SXM engineering team to promote and encourage adoption of the latest SiriusXM features, services, and hardware.
- Provide regular feedback on OEM status to SiriusXM management.
- Serve as the primary interface for Stellantis' corporate e-supplier connect tool.
- Support senior management.
- Manage data tracking and reporting as needed.
- Oversee program management activities.
- Track budgets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- No direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Will be required to supervise, collaborate with, and lead members of internal teams to achieve stated objectives.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of demonstrated success within an automotive OEM, Tier 1 auto supplier, or automotive OEM agency.
- Experience in project management, business operations, and accounting.
- Preferred experience in sales, contract negotiations, IT, and OEM operations.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Professional demeanor in phone and in-person interactions.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to internal client and customer service principles.
- Initiative-driven and reliable in project follow-through.
- Strong skills in spelling, grammar, proofreading, and editing.
- Creative writing ability.
- Excellent time management with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Willingness and ability to travel (domestic and international), including weekly car travel to OEM partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience with AI or other efficiency tools is a plus.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
