Overview
VTG is looking for a Strategic and Organizational Planner in the Washington Metropolitan Area. What will you do? * Maintain an up-to-date stakeholder engagement schedule for TED leadership. * Work closely with TED leadership to develop and execute a centralized change management process and implement strategy for program success. * Document TED strategy, program overviews and implementation goals. * Assist in the preparation of briefing presentations, reports, and program updates. * Develop and implement operation processes and procedures to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of team members, manage timekeeping and other functions, and provide strategic support to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness. * Collaborate with project staff to ensure timely completion of assigned corporate and internal TED tasks. * Track and monitor ongoing program activities. * Update and maintain the content management system documentation on SharePoint, the office website, Confluence, and shared folders. Post announcements and relevant updates. Do you have what it takes? TS/SCI with Poly Required Must have a Bachelors Degree plus 12 years experience or a Masters Degree plus 10 years. All candidates must meet the following qualifications. Additional position-specific qualifications listed in the table below: * Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least 4 years of work experience in project management and resource management. * At least 4 years' experience supporting the IC. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives. * Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently. * Strong written and oral communication, organization and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and similar tools. * Proving ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise. * Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external partners. All standard qualifications listed above this table plus the following: * Exceptional corporate communication expertise with desired experience writing to both broad audiences and senior executives. * Proven ability to interact with customers, external stakeholders and program managers in a highly matrixed environment. * Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders, partners, consumers, and senior champions. * Knowledge of a broad range of office and security related policies and procedures specific to the Sponsor agency. * Broad understanding of Sponsor's activities and protocols across its Enterprise. |
