HEICO is currently recruiting a Warehouse Clerk for its Seal Dynamics Business Unit, located in Tampa, FL.

Overview:

This position will work within the New Product Development Organization under the Operations Manager focusing on receiving first article, production, and OEM parts into the ERP system (SyteLine) efficiently, accurately, and safely. One will adhere to current Company Policy, Quality Management System and Safety Regulations. They will also be responsible for supporting the other functions in the warehouse, i.e., shipping and manufacturing of parts efficiently and accurately.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Promotes, complies, actively participates and enforces the importance of the Quality Management System.
2. Receives purchase orders and transfer orders by verifying that all required information is complete and accurate.
3. Manages all ERP System (SyteLine) functions as it relates to the receiving processes.
4. Monitors all inbound deliveries from various carriers.
5. Performs various clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, sorting, and distributing department paperwork.

Additional Support Responsibilities:

1. Supports shipping department in picking, packing and shipping customer and transfer orders.
2. Supports the manufacturing of items, including packaging and labeling.
3. Supports Operations Manager in completing inventory cycle counts.

• Adherence to procedures outlined in the Quality Management System, as well as the company dress code, attendance, and all safety policies.
• Demonstrate efficiency with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel and ERP systems)
