Program Manager - Chatsworth, CA

The Program Manager will be responsible for updating the Master Schedules to track project milestones and deliverables against an aggressive project timeline; they will serve as the customer point of contact to translate customer needs into clearly defined action items for the team; conduct internal meetings with team or customer to review program status, actions, and path forward; manage PLM database to track technical defects, tasks, milestones, etc. and track these items to closure; prepare technical reports and presentations for customer delivery.

Salary- $100,000 per year

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Experience: 1 to 3 years professional experience in engineering (leadership role preferred); project management experience and PLM database exposure; strong understanding of PCBA design, assembly, and test; basic understanding of RF power amplifier circuits is a plus; highly proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Knowledge of IBM DOORs and IBM Rational CLM Tools.

Skills: Ability to work with customers and lead a team; organized and detail oriented to stay on top of a project; hard working, capable of working long hours when required.
