Role Summary:

The Foreman Customer Service Representative position provides professional and courteous support to all internal and external customers for a (City)-based parking operation.

Pay Rate $18-22/hour

General Essential Functions:



  • Responds clearly and efficiently to customer inquiries including but not limited to monthly/daily rate information, directions to locations and assists in the operation of automated pay equipment stations.
  • Uses a variety of revenue control systems, completes accurate cashier's reports, and balances all transactions at the beginning and closing of shift.
  • Ensures inventory of operational supplies are at hand and informs manager if restock is needed.
  • Operates and monitors facility security intercoms and surveillance monitors.
  • Ensures all paperwork is complete, and all revenue tickets are collected and accounted for.
  • Ensure hiker's tickets are completed properly and accurately (i.e., vehicle inspection noted, car location specified, etc...)
  • Maintains a clean work area at all times.
  • Occasionally is responsible for processing parking fees and related transactions accurately and is required to ensure that sufficient cash change is on hand at the start of the shift.
  • Depending on location, may be required to document and send new customer contracts and cancellations to Accounts Receivable Department.
  • Depending on location, may be required to direct traffic flow, perform light garage maintenance duties or valet operating procedures.
  • Remain vigilant for anything unusual or potentially threatening and inform management immediately.
  • Monitor work area and property for safety and security.


  • Reports any accidents, hazards or maintenance requirements, and the presence of any suspicious individuals or activities immediately to a manager.


  • Recognize potentially dangerous situations and respond in the safest and most effective manner.
  • Participate in all safety and security trainings within the market.



Basic Qualifications:



  • At least 6 months of general work experience.
  • Depending on location, may be required to possess basic math skills sufficient to calculate time and money in assisting with Cashier-related duties.



Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must have unrestricted authorization to work in US.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age. If working at an off-airport location, you must be 21 years or older based on airport requirements.
  • Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification and background check.


  • Must be willing to work the following schedule: (ADD SCHEDULE)
  • Must be willing to work in a garage/booth/office in (City, State).


  • Must be able to navigate through parking lot(s) or garages and must be able to move to assist customers in a timely manner. In some cases, may be required to travel up and down parking garage ramps in order to assist customers and address garage issues.
  • If assisting as a shuttle bus driver, must be 21 years or older. Must also be willing to take a physical as part of the selection process as required by state or airport regulations. Must be able to grasp, scoop, push, and lift up to 70 lbs.


  • Must be able to pass math test as part of the selection process.
  • Must possess hearing and vision faculties sufficient to perform essential functions.
  • Depending on location needs or requirements, may be required to have a Valid Driver's License and submit to a MVR/Driving Record Check.



Customer Service Rep Positions (Not Remote Monitoring)



  • May be required to stand/sit at the parking pay stations for extended periods of time in order to assist customers.



Desired Characteristics:



  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior customer service industry experience.


  • Strong problem solving skills: Ability to think clearly and act quickly in emergencies while providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to operate and communicate clearly and concisely through a two-way radio system and also in person and by phone to coworkers, superiors and customers.
  • Possess strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment depending upon customer volume, shift, season, etc.
  • Excellent dependability and time management skills.
  • Strong customer focus and team-orientation.
