Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support to the Kaiser Permanente team.

Responsibilities:

• Support team members in the management of projects and assigned tasks.
• Maintain awareness of project or portfolio governance.
• Provide administrative support to project managers and project leaders.
• Follow defined processes and shadowing team members to learn and increase exposure to project management processes and tools.
• Communicate project expectations, updates, and potential risks to team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• No prior work experience required.
• Database management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Access preferred.
