Description
Come join a dynamic team and help transform the lives of adults going back to school and entering the work force through a community partner. This position requires a passionate, self-motivated, and professional individual that is ready to serve those in need of support in order to reach their education & career goals. You will work at at our community partner site to serve a diverse population of adults experiencing an array of mental health, substance use, and other social issues. As the adult therapist at you will provide a variety of services that include: * Individual therapy, A Master's degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school. Knowledge and experience in individual, group and family therapy. Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning. Must demonstrate a clinical family systems orientation and ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems. It is required that all Family Therapists who are eligible for licensing by the State of Oklahoma be licensed annually and all other Family Therapists seek appropriate supervision and meet standards that make them eligible for licensure. Must possess a valid driver license and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. This job is classified as a "safety-sensitive" position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the "safety-sensitive" classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana per the Family & Children's Services Drug Free Workplace Policy, including possible revocation of a job offer or dismissal from employment.
