Support our team culture by working in the office 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday). This means you'll have to live within commuting distance of the office you'll be working in.

Snowflake is seeking motivated people with a passion for technology and the drive to build an incredible career in SaaS sales. The Inbound Sales Development team plays a critical role in the growth of our organization. Our team works in collaboration with sales and marketing to follow-up with inbound leads and set qualified discovery calls that ultimately lead to new business and new revenue.

IN THIS ROLE YOU GET TO:
  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with relevant prospects who opted into being contacted

  • Research and follow-up with prospects through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by executing timely emails and social campaigns

  • Perform analysis of inbound prospects' business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email

  • Apply effective communication skills, collaborating directly with sales and cross functional teams

  • Work in a fast-pace environment, take the initiative to get stuff done, try new things and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team

  • A passion for technology and software sales, sales-focused internships are preferred

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • This role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-target earnings of $65,000 - $78,750. The estimated base salary for this role is $45,500 - $55,125.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
