Summary: As a Sr. HR Manager for Processing, you will play a key role within our Processing division, supporting efforts dedicated to Pacific Seafood's greatest asset, our team members. This position collaborates with the HR Director for Processing to provide multi-state, multi-location HR support. You will be responsible for championing key human resources initiatives to include employee relations, organizational development, training, safety, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, and on-site management of staffing and recruiting efforts for our support groups located in Clackamas, Oregon, and two of our locations, Woodland Washington and Galveston, Texas. The Sr. HR Manager must be an operations-focused, "hands-on" leader who is business savvy, passionate about servant leadership, and can leverage their HR expertise to drive business results.
