*Purpose: *Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems? As a COSR, you'll be an integral part of our Operations Support Team, assisting customers and strategic partners with their banking needs. You'll strive to provide the best possible experience through various channels, including phone calls, mail requests, and online banking support. *Key Responsibilities:* * First Call Resolution: Utilize available tools to resolve customer inquiries on the first call. * Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries via phone and written correspondence regarding account balances, interest rates, and fees. * Data Management: Record customer information for all calls and correspondence in our customer service database. * Training: Complete regular trainings on compliance, policies, products, and services. * Problem Solving: Resolve discrepancies concerning customers' accounts. * Product Knowledge: Answer questions about account types and banking products, such as CDs, Money Market Accounts, Loans, Credit/Debit Cards, and credit bureau inquiries. * Technical Support: Troubleshoot online and mobile banking issues, including browser and operating system problems. * Customer Engagement: Engage customers in conversations about their financial needs and goals to match them with suitable products or services. * Dispute Resolution: Resolve credit inquiry disputes, debit card claims, and bill pay claims. * Account Monitoring: Actively monitor customer accounts using anomaly detection tools. * Card Assistance: Assist customers with replacing lost or stolen credit or debit cards. * Address Changes: Help customers update their address information. * Fraud Support: Assist banking customers who are victims of fraud, theft, or identity theft. *Skills & Qualifications:* * Customer Service Expertise: Proven ability to resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies. * Service Principles: Understanding of principles and processes for providing customer services. * Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with banking technologies, products, and regulations preferred. * Communication: Clear communication skills, both orally and in writing. * Technical Proficiency: PC proficiency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. *Schedule: *Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm #westpriority25 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
