*Location: Reading PA* *About Us:* Our client, a prominent player in the truck leasing and logistics industry, is seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Remarketing Customer Service Representative to join their team in Reading PA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of vehicle sales and customer support processes. *Job Description:* As a Remarketing Customer Service Representative, you will assist the sales team and work with the customer base to ensure the completion of vehicle purchase transactions. Daily interaction with sales representatives, customers, and field locations via phone and email communication will be required. This position is essential for ensuring that sales are finalized quickly and accurately, and customers have a positive purchase experience. *Key Responsibilities:* * Handle incoming sales and customer service calls in our busy Corporate Sales Center. * Explain sales procedures and respond to inquiries. * Input customer information into the Salesforce.com database. * Coordinate work with departments including Titles, Tax, and Asset Management. * Interact with internal departments and field locations. * Assist with sales transactions and related administrative work. * Various duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the Sales Center. *Skills and Qualifications:* * *Customer Service Experience*: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role either in a call center environment or in a customer-facing/retail environment is required. * *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. * *Sales Skills*: Some level of sales experience or sales skills is preferred. * *People Skills*: Possess strong people skills and be highly service-oriented. * *Communication*: Professional telephone presence required; excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills required. * *Organizational Skills*: Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills required. * *Technical Proficiency*: Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft and Windows-based programs. * *Work Environment*: Willingness to work in a call center environment required. * *Language Skills*: Fluency in Spanish is desirable but not required. *Why Join Us?* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for career growth and development. * A supportive and collaborative work environment. * Be part of a global leader in truck leasing and logistics services. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
