Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage Scheduling Team Operations - Provide strategic and daily leadership for the centralized scheduling team across homecare, hospice, and pediatric services, including staffing oversight, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence and Compliance - Oversee and continuously improve scheduling processes to ensure timely initiation of care, patient satisfaction, and adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards across multiple service lines.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics and Drive Results - Develop, track, and manage productivity metrics and departmental budgets, aligning with organizational goals and identifying opportunities for improvement to optimize efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate degree in a medical or business field or equivalent combination of education + experience.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year related work + leadership experience.

License(s)/Certification(s):

  • Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
