Infotainment Quality Engineer Intern

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is currently looking for an intern to join our North America Quality Center facility in Chino CA that will:

• Analyze online Automotive forums to identify current customer complaints and find possible improvements
• Review JDPA and Consumer reports market data and summarize top field complaints
• Research Automotive market trends.
• Analyze field calim data, identify rising trends, and support field investigations.
• Support test drives with other team memebers to perform dynamic evalluations.
• Benchmark Hyundai/KIA vehicles and competitiors and provide key comparison items.
• Support on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and replacing vehicle components
• Support with VLA request.

• Intern can greatly take off some workload from infotainment engineers and assist with Infotainment dynamic/static testing scenarios, vehicle test preparations, benchmark activities, and etc.
• This will provide valuable time where all team members can truly get an accurate feel of the individual's work ethics and understanding of the automotive and the manager can effectively make the decision whether the candidate may be a good fit for a permanent position.
