Position Title: WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE MANAGER

Hybrid

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Pay Grade: 15

Job Summary

As the Workplace Experience Manager you will be responsible for the curation, customization and execution of a comprehensive hospitality program that will enhance the workplace experience for a national client. The successful candidate will design and implement a hospitality program that will foster a welcoming and elevated workplace environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the solution meets the unique needs of the client and their employees (Colleagues).

Duties and Responsibilities:

25% Travel

Collaborate and partner with corporate hospitality subject matter experts and facilities management specialists to develop a tailored hospitality solution that can be seamlessly deployed across multiple sites, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for all colleagues.

Implement a Workplace Experience Feedback System to gather colleague sentiment, track results and improve service delivery based on feedback. Using Colleague feedback create dynamic solutions that achieve desired workplace experience outcomes in Janitorial, Mailroom, AV, Food and Reception.

Distribute colleague sentiment data, drive actionable recommendations and implement innovative solutions that will support maximizing the workplace experience.

Promote a culture of hospitality and foster a welcoming and hospitable environment by ensuring trackable programming is conducted weekly, monthly and quarterly. Create and promote a consistent and positive workplace experience.

Coordinate and Organize Service Enhancing programs aimed at enhancing service quality, and ensuring that teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge and power to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Manage ad coordinate engaging recognition programs, contests and HERO awards to celebrate team achievements in delivering our promise of elevating workplace experiences.

Increase team participation in NUDGE

Support Recruitment for key positions ensuring there is a focus on identifying candidates with strong hospitality acumen.
Preferred Qualifications

10-15 Years in Facilities Management (Hard or Soft Services) in progressively responsible roles. You understand the work environment

1-3 years of client communication experience, you are a savvy communicator.

Experience providing one on one training, facilitating train the trainer programs, and group training exercises. You do not shy away from teaching and public speaking.

English and Spanish fluency a plus
