Associate District Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Associate District Manager (ADM) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll partner with the District Manager to lead a district toward achieving sales and profitability goals. You will oversee a team of Service Technicians, drive service excellence, manage workforce operations, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily workforce flow including scheduling, vacation planning, and emergency service coordination.

  • Collaborate with Dispatchers to optimize technician productivity, schedule adherence, and service delivery.

  • Audit and adjust technician timecards to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.

  • Execute safety protocols and lead field-based safety initiatives.

  • Support new hire onboarding and execute district-level training programs.

  • Coach and develop Technicians to improve performance and professional growth.

  • Assist in technician performance management in partnership with the District Manager.

  • Analyze district performance metrics and collaborate with leadership to drive improvements.

  • Coordinate with Parts Department on logistics and inventory resolution.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.

  • Participate in vehicle inventory checks and support fleet compliance initiatives.

  • Assist with strategic workforce planning including PTO management and policy adherence.

Basic Qualifications

  • Associate degree + 2 years of Smart Care or people management experience

  • Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree via combined Smart Care/people management experience (1.5 years of experience = 1 year of post-secondary education)

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industries

  • Background in performance evaluation and corrective action planning

  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver customer-focused service

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

  • Experience in fast-paced, service-oriented environments
