Description This is a full-time position at Scripps Rancho Bernardo Clinic with 10-hour shifts M-F. Call required. The Surgical Tech will: ensure operating rooms are ready for surgery, including all case-specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use. Monitor sterile field throughout procedure. Scrub for cases, anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team. Surgery cases; ENT, GYN, Urology, Plastics, Pain, GI and Podiatry Qualifications Required: One year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills. Able to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
