OUR ROLE: E-COMMERCE MANAGER
We're looking for a digitally savvy, visually sharp, and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead the execution of the e-commerce strategy and operations in the U.S. for some of our most iconic premium brands. This role requires a deep understanding of digital commerce, a high bar for brand integrity and visual quality, and the ability to localize global campaigns for the U.S. market with both strategic and tactical precision.

You'll oversee day-to-day management of branded e-commerce platforms, lead site merchandising and content alignment, and support performance marketing initiatives-all while driving growth, improving conversion, and building best-in-class online experiences.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Wall, NJ, US and reports to the Director of E-Commerce, Vita America.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Lead U.S. e-commerce strategy and execution for a selection of luxury brands within our portfolio
* Own site management, merchandising, and brand localization-ensuring visual and commercial excellence
* Translate global brand direction into locally relevant digital experiences and campaigns
* Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and market alignment
* Use performance data and insights to optimize site experience and commercial outcomes
* Support U.S.-specific campaign planning, launches, and promotions in line with brand objectives
* Conduct regular site audits and updates to ensure consistent quality, accuracy, and brand tone
* Collaborate across functions-brand, planning, supply chain, IT, wholesale, and finance-to support business goals
* Stay attuned to market trends and consumer behavior to continuously evolve and innovate
* Contribute to growth planning, forecasting, and new e-commerce initiatives

WHO YOU ARE
* 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, ideally within DTC or omnichannel luxury or lifestyle brands
* Visually driven with a strong understanding of premium brand standards, UX, and site merchandising
* Analytical and performance-minded-comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve results
* Collaborative, proactive, and organized-with a track record of cross-functional execution
* Skilled in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on management
* Highly familiar with the U.S. e-commerce landscape and customer expectations in the luxury or home categories
* Experienced in campaign execution, content optimization, and consumer journey mapping
* Curious, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving digital environment

Fiskars Group (FSKRS, Nasdaq Helsinki) is the global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. Since 1649, we have designed products of timeless, purposeful, and functional beauty, while driving innovation and sustainable growth. In 2024, Fiskars Group's global net sales were EUR 1.2 billion and we had close to 7,000 employees. We have two Business Areas (BA), Vita and Fiskars.

BA Vita offers premium and luxury products for the tableware, drinkware, jewelry and interior categories. Its well-known brands include Georg Jensen, Royal Copenhagen, Wedgwood, Moomin Arabia, Iittala and Waterford. In 2024, BA Vita's reported net sales were EUR 605 million. Already 50% of BA Vita's net sales comes from direct-to-consumer sales, comprising approximately 500 stores and approximately 60 e-commerce sites.

BA Fiskars consists of the gardening and outdoor categories, in addition to the scissors and creating, as well as cooking categories. The brands include Fiskars and Gerber. In 2024, BA Fiskars' net sales were EUR 547 million.
