Description: * Manage and track IT assets for a client of ours in the suburbs. * Responsible for overseeing work orders, communicating directly with providers, and managing hardware orders from start to finish. * Communicate with vendors. * Possess experience managing assets within ServiceNow and be comfortable working with thousands of assets, ensuring proactive communication with end users for equipment returns. Top Skills: * Asset Management Experience: Proficient in managing IT hardware inventory, including laptops, monitors, headsets, scanners, network equipment, and access points. * Asset Tracking Tools: Skilled in using asset tracking tools or Excel for asset reporting. Capable of communicating with stakeholders across the business to provide clear and concise updates on IT hardware. * Vendor Management: Experience working with third-party vendors. * General IT Hands-On Experience: Proficient in configurations, deployments, troubleshooting, and other hands-on IT tasks. Secondary Skills (Nice to Have): * Experience with asset management tools, * Familiarity with ServiceNow for managing assets. * Strong communication skills and experience working with a large number of assets, including proactive engagement with end users for equipment returns. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
