We are looking for an experienced project manager in Global Operations Reagent Manufacturing who will be part of the Design Transfer of new molecular diagnostics test kits from Development to Operations in Branchburg, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to get new products on market and become part of our global, high performing, collaborative team and help lead the way to supply patients with innovative diagnostics tests!

The Opportunity

  • Project Team Support: Manages project team information to aid decision-making for the project team, LCT, and/or LCC.

  • Quality Implementation: Ensures quality in project risk management, critical path analysis, scenario creation and analysis, budgeting, and robust planning.

  • Proactive Communication: Identifies and communicates issues proactively to a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Integrated Project Planning: Creates, coordinates, and maintains integrated project plans in the Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.

  • Continuous Improvement: Consistently executes project management processes, leads improvement initiatives, follows best practices, and fosters continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and exchange.

  • Up to 20% travel

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering or business administration with 5-8 years project management, product developmentor a combination of education and work experience

  • Problem solving skills and ability to coordinate project related activities

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Basic stakeholder management and facilitation skills

  • Proficient in MS Project and/or Project & Portfolio Management Tool

  • Ability to manage projects with ambitious milestones

  • Ability to escalate and drive management decisions in relation to project execution and resource needs

  • Understanding of relevant Design Control and/or Phased Development processes preferred

  • Project Management specific training and/or certification

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Branchburg, NJ is $90,100 - $167,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
