Position Summary:

Aftermarket Customer Experience Representative (CXR).

This position is a front-line customer facing role with a direct impact of the customer's experience with Rotex. You will be working from shared mailboxes to process quotes and orders, answer phone calls, and respond to emails providing technical assistance to customers.

Work You'll Do:

  • Contribute to Aftermarket Bookings goals by providing quotations and processing purchase orders from customers and sales representatives that come in through shared email inboxes and phone calls.
  • Provide technical assistance and mechanical troubleshooting service as required via phone calls and emails.
  • Provide premium customer experiences by responding to and handling requests within department standards time frames.
  • Proactively promote the sale of New Product Initiatives (NPI) offerings and product enhancement features to targeted customers.
  • Resolve customer problems related to issues with order shipments by working with internal and external parties.
  • Follow up on parts quotes to assist in closing sales.
  • Perform other assignments or duties appropriate to the overall responsibility of the position of Aftermarket Customer Experience Representative.

Team:

This position is in the North American CXR Group of the Global Aftermarket Parts Team, which also offers support to Central and South American customers, and occasional support to Asian customers. This team focuses on day-to-day inquiries and transactions with our existing customers. We also have similar groups in England and China to serve customers in their respective regions. Other Aftermarket teams located at the Cincinnati facility include the Strategic Sales Group that focuses on proactive growth, and a Product Solutions Group that focuses on highly technical inquiries.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of 4 years in customer service/experience. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Nice to have qualifications include Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft CRM and GP and basic knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD.
