Position Summary: Aftermarket Customer Experience Representative (CXR). This position is a front-line customer facing role with a direct impact of the customer's experience with Rotex. You will be working from shared mailboxes to process quotes and orders, answer phone calls, and respond to emails providing technical assistance to customers. Work You'll Do:
Team: This position is in the North American CXR Group of the Global Aftermarket Parts Team, which also offers support to Central and South American customers, and occasional support to Asian customers. This team focuses on day-to-day inquiries and transactions with our existing customers. We also have similar groups in England and China to serve customers in their respective regions. Other Aftermarket teams located at the Cincinnati facility include the Strategic Sales Group that focuses on proactive growth, and a Product Solutions Group that focuses on highly technical inquiries. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of 4 years in customer service/experience. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required. Preferred Qualifications: Nice to have qualifications include Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft CRM and GP and basic knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD.
