Account Specialist - 1 Year Contract

Your Day-to-Day:

Under general supervision, it provides full account management support to business, commercial, industrial, national, and/or government customers. Handles customer requests and complaints and interfaces with vendor partners and management to resolve. May perform other customer support tasks such as claims processing and resolution, contractor invoices, enrollment, billing, fulfillment, etc.

Responsibilities:

* Operate a forklift to load, unload, pick, and position materials to facilitate transportation and inventory operations;
* Pick and palletize material for jobs, requisitions, and stock transport orders (STOs);
* Operate banding and wrapping equipment to prepare materials for shipping.

* Coordinate material requests and perform inventory counts.
* Schedule freight pick-ups and UPS shipping

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields (customer service, sales)
