Job Title: Customer Service Rep III

Location: Atlanta, GA, 30301

Duration: 12 months, Assignment

Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM

Shift Schedule: The position is hybrid- 2 days in the office and 3 days at home after they complete the 6-week training class. The hybrid schedule will be either Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday/Thursday.


Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries - Answer telephone calls and provide information about the organization's products or services.

  • Promote offerings - Actively promote products/services to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.



  • Resolve complaints - Research and address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.



  • Ensure quality service - Maintain professionalism and efficiency in customer interactions to uphold service standards.
