The
Manager, Process Improvement - Procure to Pay, is an important position that supports the delivery of organizational process excellence. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Business Process Design & Improvement, P2P within the P2P Continuous Process Improvement team and serves as a partner by engaging with business stakeholders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, and end-to-end process governance.
This position will be responsible for supporting all aspects of centralized Cox Automotive Enterprise Finance & Accounting (EF&A) Enterprise Accounts Payable (EAP) process excellence. The Enterprise Accounts Payable scope includes Supplier Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, Issue Resolution, Customer Care, Travel & Expense Management, Corporate Card Management and Reporting. This position will focus on process centralization, standardization, and optimization for Cox Enterprise accounts payable functions across policies, process, data, reporting, systems security, compliance, and financial controls. This position will lead key strategic initiatives and will build a culture of continuous process improvement within the EF&A Procure to Pay functions. This position will also help to meet Cox Automotive's strategic goals by developing plans, driving objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning appropriate resources. USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
