Job Summary:

As a Surveillance Officer, you will monitor the overall operations of Surveillance on their assigned shifts, via a CCTV monitoring system. Utilizing this equipment to protect the property, guests, employees and all assets. This positions starting wage is $16.

Essential Functions:

• Develops and maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal and external guest service by all members.
• Monitors table games and electronic gaming device activities.
• Monitors cashiers cage and count room activities.
• Monitors all non-gaming procedures
• Knowledge of the overall casino operations.
• Responsible to report any irregularities to the Surveillance Supervisor and/or Director of Surveillance.
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion program as described in Section G of Bally's Quad Cities Casino and Hotel internal controls.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer/employee service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Above average math skills.
• Strong organizational and decision making abilities
• Read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.

• Able to work flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
• Able to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work at heights above 10 foot high.
• Ability to lift up to 25 LBS.
• Ability to work with arms above your head for prolonged periods
• Able to be confined to a small area for a long period of time.
