We're seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager - Data Centers to join our dynamic Parts & Service division in Ridgefield, WA. In this role, you will manage strategic relationships with key data center customers, drive new business opportunities, and oversee both the commercial and operational aspects of project execution. If you're forward-thinking, customer-focused, and experienced in power generation, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact on growth and customer success.

What You'll Do
  • Customer Relationship Management: Grow and maintain strong relationships with new and existing data center clients. Re-engage former customers with targeted outreach.
  • Sales & Strategy: Identify new leads and optimize sales strategies using customer feedback and market trends.
  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with Parts and Service Sales teams to deliver technically sound, customer-focused solutions.
  • Performance Improvement: Drive enhancements to Net Promoter Score (NPS) by addressing feedback and improving service delivery.
  • Channel Partner Collaboration: Coordinate with OEMs and service partners to align product support and achieve KPI goals.
  • Lead & Opportunity Management: Handle quoting processes efficiently, ensure timely responses, and manage customer data using a 360 view approach.
  • Lead Generation: Source new leads using both internal data (e.g., website, service reports) and external outreach (social media, cold calls, market research).
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in the power generation sector with a strong background in sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of direct sales or business development experience.
  • Strong technical product knowledge and ability to grasp complex systems and solutions.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence with data analysis, customer insights, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
