The Microsoft Security Response Center (MSRC) is looking for an experienced Security Assurance Engineerto join our security vulnerability case management team. In this role, you will build and lead the end-to-end response process for all security vulnerabilities reported to MSRC in collaboration with security engineers across the company as well as external security researchers across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a technical security foundation in addition to experience driving operational excellence. This position requires an individual who can demonstrate being data focused and customer obsessed. You will also be able to expand on your curiosity to understand rapidly evolving billion-dollar services and help protect customers, Microsoft, and communities from threats to security and privacy. ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:Drive Microsoft's end-to-end security vulnerability response process for speed, transparency, and collaboration in partnership with stakeholders across the company.Collaborate with a cross-functional team to represent Microsoft with external individuals and organizations reporting security vulnerabilities.Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance data to identify and recommend process improvements and automation.Collect and analyze security researcher, partner, and customer feedback to identify and recommend improvements to the end-to-end response process as well as external and internal engagement.Other: Embody our Culture and Values | |
