Setter - Outbound Business Development *Location: *Fort Worth, TX 76109 *Employment Type: *W2 Employee (Direct Placement or Contract-to-Hire) it depends on the client needs *Salary: *$60,000 - $64,000 per year *Compensation: *Hourly rate with incentive plan and performance-based bonus *Job Summary: *We are seeking motivated and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters for outbound calls. This role involves engaging with leads provided by our marketing team, pre-qualifying potential clients, and setting appointments with advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in financial services and eventually obtain necessary licenses. *Key Responsibilities:* * Make outbound calls to leads generated by the marketing team (no cold calling). * Conduct basic conversations to engage potential clients and provide a value proposition. * Pre-qualify leads by gathering information from the website and screening them. * Set appointments with advisors for interested clients. * Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in financial services or sales is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to engage clients and provide compelling value propositions. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Motivated and goal-oriented individuals looking for a steppingstone to obtaining licenses. * *No specific licenses required initially, but willingness to obtain necessary licenses in the future.* *Benefits:* * Competitive hourly rate with incentive plan*.* * *Performance-based bonus.* * *Opportunity for career growth and development in the financial services industry.* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $63000.00/yr.
