Role Overview: The Accounting and Finance Leadership Program (AFLP) is a fast-track opportunity for high-potential individuals seeking a dynamic career in finance. Participants will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary for leadership roles. Through rotational assignments, participants will gain broad exposure across the enterprise - including corporate finance, insurance, and investments - while building both technical and strategic finance skills. The program emphasizes continuous growth and development, offering formal training, dedicated mentorship, and visibility to senior leadership. Participants will also build a strong professional network and gain the tools to think critically, lead confidently, and contribute to a finance organization that is agile, data-informed, and innovation-driven. What You'll Do: Our full-time rotational program provides a foundational experience across finance disciplines. In addition to traditional functions, you'll gain exposure to the tools and techniques reshaping our field - including automation, dashboarding, predictive analytics, and AI-enhanced modeling. Your first rotation will be with the Spend and Reporting team in Procurement, where you'll support vendor and department-level spend analysis. You'll build reports, analyze data trends, and deliver insights that inform sourcing strategies and business decisions. You will also support our Procurement team in the process of sourcing and onboarding new suppliers. Future rotations will expand your exposure across finance functions, helping you build the analytical and leadership skills needed in a data- and AI-informed finance organization. What You'll Bring:

Pay Transparency Salary Range:$47,500-$80,000 Overtime eligible:Nonexempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
