Job Summary

TheOffice Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Bentonville, AR Walmart Sales Office, acting as a customer facing liaison between the Walmart Sales team associates in Greensboro, NC and the various Walmart buying teams located in Bentonville Arkansas. Responsibilities include: maintaining the office in an orderly manner, providing administrative/customer service support to members of the Walmart Sales team when they are on-site in the Bentonville office, producing weekly sales scorecards using Walmart's Retail Link reporting system, and delivering product samples to various buying teams on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintains flexible weekly working hours at the 1402 East Central Ave office location. Ensures the office is orderly and all rooms and equipment are in working order to host meetings between various Kontoor and Walmart employees. Ensures office and kitchen supplies are stocked and available for meeting needs. Coordinates maintenance needs with local service providers as needed.
• Flexibility to be available and in-office to provide support to Walmart Sales team associates for key meetings as needed. Examples of support include administrative help with documents and presentation materials, steaming/ironing various product samples for presentation, coordinating catering/meal delivery, and picking up materials and packages from local FedEx locations.
• Responsible for running weekly sales reports via Walmart Retail Link reporting system. This function takes approx. 1.5 hours every Sunday night/Monday morning.
• Coordinates delivery of product samples to various Walmart buying team employees at the MLK Apparel Layout Center on an as needed basis.

Experience

• Years of Related Professional Experience: 5 - 8 years
• 2- 4 Years Related Work Experience which may include: Office support or Office Manager roles, customer service roles

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to ensure pleasant interactions with customer contacts and members of the Walmart Sales team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products including: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills: able to clean, maintain and keep office organized.
