Job Location:

  • Hybrid: 3 days a week in Milwaukee headquarters or Grafton, WI
  • Remote: Prefer in WI or IL - Central Time Zone

Position Summary: Regal Rexnord seeks an experienced Digital Business Systems Analyst to join the digital delivery team. This role aligns business needs with IT capabilities and serves as a liaison among stakeholders. Responsibilities include eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements, collaborating with IT to groom and prioritize the sprint backlog, and managing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, experience with user stories and acceptance criteria, and the ability to identify system and process dependencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and document business and system requirements.
  • Create detailed user stories with Gherkin acceptance criteria.
  • Utilize Jira and Lucid Charts to manage and communicate requirements.
  • Identify system and process dependencies and provide guidance to stakeholders.
  • Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and issues effectively.
  • Build and maintain trust with stakeholders through clear and consistent communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical business analyst or related position in an eCommerce or Digital team.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, scope management, functional decomposition, process & system flows, requirements elicitation, backlog management, and user story creation with acceptance criteria.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and diagramming tools such as Lucid, Visio, or Miro.
  • Experience working in an agile framework such as Scrum, Kanban, or other agile approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of ERP systems, product management, and AI tools.
  • Project management skills for managing risks, issues, changes, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Certifications such as CCBA, CBAP, CSPO, or CSM are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise technology architecture and data governance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

Annual salary base range: $78,000 - $115,000
