Description

American Specialty Health Incorporated is seeking Delegation Support Coordinator to work with our Client Services - Clinical team. This position will provide administrative support to the Client Services department, the Delegation Support leadership, and Delegation Support team.

Hourly Salary Range

American Specialty Health complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate's qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $17.84 to $18.26 Hourly Wage Range.

Remote Worker Considerations:

Candidates who are selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This remote/WFH position requires you have a stable connection to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed).

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Client Services department, Delegation Support leadership and Delegation Support team. Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly calendar for the Delegation Support Team and Client Services Department, which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling internal and external meetings by setting up teleconferences, webinars, and securing conference rooms.
  • Prepares meeting agendas, meeting minutes, memos, and other correspondence as needed.
  • Supports audit activity as directed by department leadership, including coordination of onsite audit logistics, compile related documentation and scan/maintain electronic files as requested.
  • Provides support with compiling audit responses from various departments as assigned by management.
  • Provides logistics support for Client Services onsite customer meetings.
  • Maintains and generates reports from the in-house audit deliverable tracking system.
  • Prepares and submits agenda items to internal committees at the direction of the Delegation Support team.
  • Prepares and submits reports under the direction of the Delegation Support leadership.
  • Represents the company in an ethical, professional, and positive manner and complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all company information and uses discretion in discussing audit issues with internal and external contacts.
  • Manages client requested compliance attestation process. Management includes internal and external communication regarding attestation status, working directly with internal teams to gather needed information for completion, updates critical parties and tracks status for quarterly reporting.
  • Under the direction of department leadership, supports quality improvement initiatives of the Delegation Support Team to support exemplary client satisfaction.
  • At the direction of department leadership, participates in activities related to internal and external process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. If equivalent experience, high school diploma required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administration services required. Preferred areas of focus include health care audit support, document management, project management, customer service or account support.
  • Health care industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel; and proficient in use of Internet/Intranet interfaces.
  • Customer interfacing experience needed due to high volume of email communications and meeting coordination.
  • Project support and project tracking experience preferred.
  • Detail oriented with effective written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to speak, see and hear other personnel and/or objects. Ability to communicate both in verbal and written form. Ability to travel within the facility. Capable of using a telephone and computer keyboard. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
