Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Charlotte, NC. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• In this role, you support recruitment efforts for the manufacturing plant.
• You will partner closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to manage the recruiting process from end-to-end.
• You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing prospective employees, and evaluating candidates.
• Gather candidate feedback from the interview team and lead the final assessment and selection process.
• Provide company information to candidates and appropriately sell the value proposition of the company experience.
• Proven passive recruiting skills, cold calling, success building pipelines, and employment branding.
• Ensure a positive and connected candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition Process.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract (3 months).

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Applicant Tracking software.

• Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
• Self-motivated, good time management, and organization skills.
• Experience utilizing the Indeed platform for posting/hiring.
