Encompassing three areas, our Healthcare, Sani Professional and Contract manufacturing divisions, we develop, manufacture, and distribute leading edge products for North America and the world. We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES



  • Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reports, as needed for relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracks project teams' responsibilities and ensures that work is completed by the project plan.
  • Coordinates project information and tracks in an organized way
  • Reports project progress to PMO Director
  • Leads cross-functional meetings and facilitates collaboration.
  • Facilitate R&D meetings and follow-up for action plans
  • Maintains project documentation, including tracking, organizing and storage
  • Tracks and keeps organized records of project budgets
  • Manages intra and inter-functional communications
  • Assists with creation and editing of presentations, reports and/or memos
  • Collaborates across R&D to gather information and organize data to support PMO metrics and KPI tracking
  • Identifies and resolves issues related to meeting project milestones and escalates to the PMO Director as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION



  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field preferred


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE



  • Advanced Excel skills
  • R&D environment knowledge a plus
  • Product development process knowledge a plus
  • Familiar with project management principles, methodologies and tools


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED



  • Experience in healthcare or pharma related business
  • 2 - 5 years project management or project tracking experience
  • Proven ability to effectively track and deliver initiatives on time


SKILLS/ABILITIES



  • Excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Skilled at problem solving
  • Ability and willingness to effectively work remotely when/as needed
  • Passionate about human health and wellness


WORKING CONDITIONS



  • No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions.


SALARY RANGE:



  • $70,000 - $85,000 Annually
