DoubleTree by the Galleria is looking for an outgoing, highly motivated and guest service-oriented Night Auditor. If you're passionate about hospitality, and have great customer service skills, apply today! Required Skills and Abilities: -At least one (1) year of previous hotel night audit or hotel front desk experience required. -Flexible to work any overnight shift, including holidays and weekends. -Must have the ability to communicate in English. -Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations. -Previous direct customer service experience. Job Description: -Balance room, restaurant and bar revenues, post and balance charges and settlements, maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations. -Prepare daily restaurant revenue report data by auditing point of service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier. -Run audit reports and input revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports. -Resolve guest related issues and complaints. -Manage overnight front desk operations and work with hotel security to help ensure safety measures are maintained.
