Position Summary |
- Proficient in assisting with usability testing and identifying necessary system features to enhance user experience.
- Skilled in managing incoming help requests, providing timely resolutions or appropriate escalations.
- Experienced in tracking outstanding requests to ensure prompt and efficient resolution.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements |
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant professional experience. Education: Minimum of 2 years of education beyond high school (e.g., associate degree or equivalent coursework).
