The Denver office is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect who can build a team in the region while helping shape the future of our landscape architecture practice for the region.

Working with us, you will:



  • Establish the vision and direction for the landscape architecture team in Denver.





  • Contribute to meaningful projects and advance our commitment to sustainable and people-centric design.





  • Foster relationships with both current and perspective clients.





  • Work in a collaborative, integrated environment, teaming with other design professionals from across the firm to compile data and prepare design solutions.





  • Establish and manage project budgets and schedules.





  • Direct team members and others in the application of landscape architectural standards and guidelines.





  • Determine content of design presentations to client representatives and/or design review committees and present them.





  • Participate in design meetings; conduct design work sessions and visioning, outreach and public forums.





  • Assist in editing technical specifications and reviewing shop drawings.





  • Visit construction sites and support senior project team members during the construction phase.





  • Engage with Marketing and Business Development to effectively market our services.





  • Recruit and mentor junior staff and participate in performance coaching.



An ideal candidate has:



  • A bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, urban design or equivalent.





  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience.





  • Professional registration required. LEED AP preferred.





  • The ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others to share expertise and/or assist in winning work and project delivery.





  • A track record of active participation in internal and/or external thought leadership activities.

While we may ultimately pay more or less than a posted salary range, at the time of posting the anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $111,000 annually and you are eligible for a performance-based bonus each year.
