Job Summary

The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for playing a critical role in the development and execution of brand marketing strategies for Priority Health. Operating as the internal brand evangelist, the assistant brand manager will activate brand positioning, prioritize media investment, and lead internal and external agency partners in the development of assets across paid, earned, and owned channels. Additionally, the assistant brand manager will serve as the primary liaison to our line of business marketing leaders, ensuring that marketing efforts across the organization align with the Priority Health brand equity and deliver on business objectives.

Essential Functions
  • Champion brand equity driving initiatives for the Priority Health brand, enhancing brand perception and overall awareness
  • Lead internal and external agency partners to ensure the effective development and execution of brand marketing tactics, ensuring consistency across Priority Health marketing efforts.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner with the Marketing Director, defining opportunities for future brand growth through marketing innovation and test and learns.
  • Partner with line of business leaders, gaining a detailed understanding of their business functions, strategies, and operating plans to ensure marketing strategic plans and creative solutions support business objectives and marketing road maps.
  • Oversee the development and production of creative assets ensuring adherence to brand equity standards, deadlines, budgets, etc.
  • Serve as the brand primary point-of-contact and agency relationship manager for line of business media and creative assets. Includes, but not limited to, pre-and post-launch consulting, creative brief development and execution, business trend analysis, content development, etc.
  • Partner with others (e.g., UX/UI, Market Intelligence, Customer Experience etc.) to establish metrics to measure and analyze results of potential and implemented marketing strategic plans.
  • Collaborate with earned and owned media teams, develop annual content marketing plans and formally report progress updates relative to annual marketing strategic plans, strategic roadmaps, etc.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 10 years of relevant experience in marketing or related role

Preferred

  • Master's Degree
