TEKsystems is looking to hire several Order Entry Specialists for a large company out of Delavan, WI! *If you have reliable transportation and can drive to Delavan, WI three times a week, and have 2+ years of order entry experience, and Salesforce experience, please send your most updated resume to rsison @ teksystems.com* Job Title: Customer Service Representative Start date: 06/02/2025 Hours: 6 month contract-to-hire, 7:30a-4p * Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are onsite * Wednesday & Friday are work from home Must haves: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer navigation and typing proficiency * Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and working in Salesforce * Must be able to multi-task and work off multiple screens daily and within multiple different systems * 2 years of order entry experience Job description: * The CSR will be responsible for supporting sales by providing customer care and sales support, this involves providing solutions to drive sales growth and effectively mange internal activities & external customers' expectations to ensure superior customer service. Training info: * Training for this position will be minimal so you will need to be self-directed and be able to hit the ground running, fully onsite training for 4 weeks. Interview process: one virtual interview with me, and one onsite interview with Hiring Managers. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
