*CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION ASSOCIATE*
*(Hybrid - Boston MA)* *Description* We are seeking a seasoned Client Implementation Associate with strong experience in investment operations and financial services. This role is critical to support our team during a long-term leave of absence and will play a key part in managing and coordinating global client onboarding events. This role would involve communication and coordination of global client onboarding events, which include system setups, communicating with internal and external stakeholders and obtaining readiness signoffs for applicable parties. *Key Responsibilities:* *Lead and coordinate global client onboarding events, including system setups and readiness signoffs. *Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding. *Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines. *Analyze onboarding processes and issues, applying critical thinking to develop effective resolutions. *Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal protocols and regulatory standards. *Qualifications* *10+ years of industry experience in Investment Operations or Onboarding roles. *Strong investment operations background, as well as financial service industry knowledge. *Proven Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives. *Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. *Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, project management platforms, CRM systems). *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
