Job Description

As a Commercial Manager, Cybersecurity Services you will lead a team of Cybersecurity Services Sales Executives, resulting in sustained sales and market share growth for assigned products, solutions and services.You will be responsible for an customer base ranging in account size and aligning sellers to create sales opportunities that yield profitable business. You will drive customer experiences and improve customer loyalty, lead the day-today sales with the assigned territory and implement commercial programs. You will report to the Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Services and may work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead of team of 4-8 Cybersecurity Services Sales Executives and be responsible for their development and performance. Manage the accountability for performance (AOP/Quota), suitability, model alignment, and the day-to-day needs of our Sales Specialists and Solution Consultants. Manage a portfolio of complex customer relationships either personally or through a small team of account managers. Build a network of executives within the business sector to obtain market intelligence on industry trends and identify opportunities for expansion Review sales proposals from team members. Expand the Verve software presence to meet the growing needs throughout the organization and externally. Manage the connected services sales team in a large specified geographic territory or within a specific segment of customers. Manage partner engagement, marketing and brand awareness, commercial content, and strategy planning.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 40% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline and additional business related degree
  • 5+ years of cybersecurity sales experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a sales team or leading distributors.
  • Experience partnering with Go To Market strategies in order to grow and expand relationships.
  • Experience collaborating with internal partners, including marketing, portfolio delivery, proposal teams, and application consulting.
  • Experience partnering with technology and distribution ecosystems.

For this role, the Total Target Compensation is from $228,560 - $342,840 of which 60% is base salary and 40% is variable. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
