Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Clarence, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The Harnessing department makes wire harnesses for high-end electronics.
  • Harnesses have connectors on the ends and are used in various parts and products.
  • You will assist with designing and creating custom wire harnesses and then teach the production team how to assemble them.
  • As a member of the Harnessing team, you'll have the opportunity to work in many different and unique functions.
  • The Harnessing Lead will also be in the assembly and is expected to make harnesses.
  • The harnessing lead is a liaison between the R&D department and the Harnessing production employees.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22 - $25/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).

Length: Temp to Direct.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of assembly and small hand tool experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of lead or supervisory experience.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Solid work history with good job-proven communication skills.
  • They should have an electrical background and be able to discuss it.
