- Support the promotion of our firm's diverse engineering, planning, surveying, and design services as a part of a dynamic marketing team.
- Design layouts for print and digital materials, engaging with internal and external clients, and coordinating and posting content for Stewart's social media channels.
- Prepare RFQ/RFP responses, coordinate subproposal submissions, and ensure all materials and communications align with brand standards.
- Play a vital role in shaping Stewart's reputation in the community and marketplace, creatively showcasing how we serve our employees, clients and community.
What We're Looking For:
- Three or more years of working in the A/E/C Industry as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of marketing and digital marketing concepts, principles, best practices, tools and technology.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro etc.) Working knowledge of Canva is a plus.
- Skills and experience in creative writing and design of presentations, deliverables and blogs.
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant area of study.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in order to effectively create content and communicate with a variety of constituents.
