Job Description

Responsibilities
* Develops, interprets, and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control.
* Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
* Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts.
* Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.
Typical Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or Master's Degree without experience; or Associate's Degree with 6 years of related experience; or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
