We are looking for an experienced Rapid Response Team Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority IT projects within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. This position requires a proactive and skilled leader capable of managing cross-functional teams, responding quickly to emerging requirements, and maintaining project alignment with strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate a rapid response team to address critical IT project requirements in a dynamic DoD environment. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and scope while ensuring alignment with mission priorities. Monitor and control project budgets to ensure efficient use of resources. Provide clear direction and leadership to project team members, fostering collaboration and accountability. Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering status updates and performance metrics. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain project continuity and quality. Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizenship is required. Must have and maintain a current DoD TS/SCI clearance. Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required). Experience: 3+ years as a Lead Project Manager. 3+ years in DoD IT environment. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Skills: Proven self-management and team leadership capabilities. Demonstrated ability to manage and control project budgets. Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels. High adaptability in a fast-paced, high-security environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Work Environment and Physical Demand: Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. May require ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
