We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Execution Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of complex IT projects within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project leadership, risk management, and budget control, along with exceptional communication and team management skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, timelines, and budgets. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management in accordance with DoD standards and frameworks. Develop and maintain detailed business cases, work breakdown structures, and project documentation. Monitor and control project budgets, report on financial status, and ensure project deliverables meet cost and performance targets. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and expectations managed. Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and manage escalations. Provide leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams, promoting accountability, collaboration, and performance. Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizenship is required. Must have and maintain a current DoD Secret Clearance. Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer sciences, business management, or related field (required). Experience: 5+ years as a Lead Project Manager. 5+ years in DoD IT environment. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Skills: Demonstrated experience with business cases and risk management processes Proven self-management and team-management skills Demonstrated experience with monitoring and controlling project budgets Demonstrated managerial, leadership and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Work Environment and Physical Demand: Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. May require ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
