As a Senior Manager of Finance Due Diligence you will provide strategic evaluation, financial analysis, valuation, due diligence of acquisitions , joint ventures, dispositions and other business development business opportunities. Viewed as a functional Subject Matter Expert in financial due diligence.

As a Senior Manager of Finance Due Diligence, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead financial Due Diligence including preparation of Quality of Earnings assessments

  • Work with cross functional finance team to prepare carve-out financials (with external advisors, if any) on sell-side activities

  • Proficient in Purchase Agreements including being able to draft accounting principles, price adjustment mechanisms, etc.

  • Support Transaction Closings: coordinate on closing requirement, purchase price, gain/loss, intangibles estimate, other accounting consideration.

  • Lead Purchase Price adjustment assessments and Dispute Resolutions including around defining net working capital and debt-like-items.

  • Advise on transition services agreements and Integration/Separation planning

  • Support post close issues and audits

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in transaction advisory/ transaction Finance.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Established project management skills.
