Description and Requirements

Lenovo is currently seeking an experienced Solutions & Services Rep - Multi-Vendor Services (MVS) to lead strategic, complex sales engagements for our MVS offerings. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will be responsible for developing and executing winning strategies that drive new MVS signings across strategic accounts in North America.

You will lead the end-to-end pursuit process-setting the win plan, managing cross-functional teams, and crafting tailored solutions that meet customer needs. This is an opportunity to join a growing services business, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver transformative outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Expertise
* Drive the full services sales cycle-from opportunity identification to contract signing-by partnering across sales, finance, service delivery, and business partners.
* Lead the development and execution of account-specific win strategies.
* Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and other reporting tools to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet key sales metrics.
* Build and manage long-term relationships with executive-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales engagement.

Portfolio & Industry Acumen
* Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Lenovo's MVS portfolio, including how our services compare to competitors and align with market needs.
* Effectively articulate Lenovo's value proposition, differentiating MVS offerings through insight and consultative engagement.
* Lead complex engagement teams in proposal development, presentations, and negotiations.
* Stay informed on industry trends and customer challenges to proactively identify new opportunities.

Strategic Problem Solving
* Lead solution development for large, complex MVS opportunities, often managing multiple deals simultaneously.
* Apply strategic judgment and creativity in crafting proposals and solutions tailored to each client's unique business environment.
* Own key sales objectives including contract signings, bookings, profit, and customer satisfaction.
* Develop strategic alliances, competitive positioning, and teaming strategies to win business.


Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
* 3+ years of successful solutions and services sales experience.
* Strong knowledge of Multi-Vendor Services offerings and business models.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
* Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and closing new opportunities.
* Willingness to travel as needed.


Preferred Qualifications
* Experience selling IT maintenance services.
* Experience growing master service agreements and statements of work.
* Demonstrated ability to penetrate large enterprise accounts.
* Recognized as a trusted advisor with strong industry insights and customer credibility.
