Location: Charlotte NC Required Qualifications:
* Lead QA with minimum of 12+years of experience.
* Strong experience in Test Automation using Java, Selenium, Gherkin, GIT, GITHUB
* Strong experience in Test Automation using Python
* Experience in Gen AI solutions using Copilot
* Experience in Agile Methodology
* Experience of client communication and Stakeholder management Roles/Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of test automation solutions
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
* Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and secure.
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
* Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to decision-making processes.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.
* Collaborate closely with collaborators to ensure successful project delivery.
* Design and build automation framework
