Role: OTM TOSCA TEST MANAGER Job Level: Manager Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: Full Time only Job Summary The Tosca Test Manager will oversee the automation and execution of tests to ensure the quality and functionality of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) applications. This role involves leading a team of testers, developing comprehensive test plans, and maintaining test scripts using Tosca. Responsibilities Oversee the execution of test plans using Tosca, ensuring thorough coverage and accurate results. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve testing issues, enhancing overall project success. - Provide expert guidance on testing methodologies and best practices to optimize testing processes. - Manage test environments and configurations to support efficient and effective testing activities. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision making - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all testing activities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the testing team to enhance productivity and quality. - Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes into the software development lifecycle. - Utilize domain expertise in Ocean and Transportation to tailor testing strategies to specific industry needs. - Monitor and evaluate testing tools and technologies, recommending upgrades and enhancements as necessary. - Support the training and development of testing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. - Contribute to the company's transportation management solutions, impacting global logistics and supply chain efficiency. Required Qualification; * Possess extensive experience in software testing with a strong focus on Tosca. * Demonstrate deep understanding of Oracle Transportation Management and it functionalities. * Exhibit proficiency in transportation management concepts and their application in testing. * Display excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams. * Have a proven track record of managing complex testing projects successfully. * Demonstrate strong analytical skills for interpreting test results and driving improvements. Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) is highly desirable Preferred Qualification: Tosca Certification Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 to $132,000 P/Year depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
